YOU are covered as a driver and a passenger.
Your AAA membership covers YOU, not your vehicle. You can get Emergency Roadside Assistance if you're driving your own car, driving someone else's car or a rental car. Even if you are a passenger in someone else's car, you can call AAA if you need help. Be sure to carry your AAA membership card with you at all times. The member must be with the vehicle at the time of service.
Your whole family can travel safely
When you join AAA, you are the Primary Member. While others cannot share your membership card, it's easy to add Associate Members. Associate Members will have the same membership plan as you, and will carry their own cards. Associate Members must be a spouse, significant other, or child age 16-20, who lives at the same address as the primary member.
Choose your AAA Membership Plan
Your membership covers you in most properly registered, fourwheeled vehicles driven for passenger use. Just as your license allows you to drive any car, your AAA membership covers you when you are in most vehicles. Like your driver's license, you should carry your card with you at all times. The member must be with the vehicle at the time of service.
AAA Plus RV Coverage (includes motorcycles)
Plus RV provides for extended towing coverage to your motorcycle, Class A heavy duty motor home or Class C medium duty camping vehicle with sleeping quarters. Covered Class C Vehicles include motor homes, dual wheeled pickup trucks (and those with campers), and 5th wheel trailers with sleeping quarters.
Limitations
All member services are subject to the details and limitations listed in the AAA Hudson Valley Member Handbook. The Club reserves the right to change the service policies and procedures without notice. Call us at 426-1000 with any questions for more information.
* Trip interruption insurance is a reimbursable expense, once per membership year, up to $350 (per family / per trip) to cover the expense of lodging, meals, or alternate transportation in the event that your trip is delayed for 24 hours or more due to an automobile accident, or displacement. The benefit pays for expenses incurred within 72 hours, provided the incident occurs at least 100 miles from home. Reimbursement is subject to review and approval.
