Teen Driving Safety

When it comes to teen drivers, the negative statistics are concerning. Teen drivers are more likely to be involved in a motor vehicle crash as a result of their inexperience and likelihood to engage in risky driving behaviors. Traffic crashes are the leading cause of death for teenagers in America. Mile for mile, teenagers are involved in three times as many crashes as all other drivers. 

AAA is committed to providing parents and teens with tools, information, and other resources needed to help teens become safe drivers. AAA Hudson Valley offers members: 

Education is critical for teen drivers, both before and after they get behind the wheel. The AAA teen driver safety program includes driver’s education courses, an interactive website for teens and their parents, and discounts on courses and memberships.
