Savannah, Georgia
Generally regarded as one of the most pet-friendly destinations, Savannah is a charming Southern coastal city perfect for a getaway with your pet.
Things to Do:
- Hit the cobblestone streets for a walking tour to see historical homes and landmarks
- Visit a pet-friendly bakery and pick up a special treat for your pet
- Plan a picnic in one of the beautiful parks such as the iconic Forsyth Park
Where to Eat:
For breakfast, check out Clary’s Café, a AAA Approved restaurant. With outdoor seating available, your pup can hang out while you fuel up on traditional breakfast fare.

Lake Tahoe, California

Portland, Maine
Portland is full of quaint charm and surrounded by natural beauty. Take a relaxing trip with your pet in tow!
Things to Do:
- Take a dip at a dog-friendly beach such as East End Beach or Willard Beach (Make sure to check hours and restrictions first.)
- Visit one of the area’s many breweries for a tasting
- Take a land and sea tour
